Mike Voss has over 20 years of personal training experience, with specific focus in core training, stabilization and strength, flexibility training and neuromuscular stretching. Mike's extensive knowledge ensures that he pays close attention to each individuals precise range of motion, ability, injuries or surgical recovery. He is also a skilled sports specific trainer, specializing in rehabilitation of sports related injuries. He keeps himself up to date with new training techniques and likes to mix up things us TRX, kettlebells, pilates and good old-fashioned weights.
