Upon arrival, you are requested to check in at the Golf Shop. Please identify yourself and advise one of our Golf Professionals who your Member host is for the day. We will assist you with your golf clubs and direct you to the locker room.

Golf Course Etiquette
Please replace all divots. Rake or smooth out sand in bunkers after playing out. Repair ball marks (plus one more). Stay up with the group ahead. Faster groups should be allowed to play through if the situation dictates, regardless of size.

Dress Code
The golf attire standards relate to the Golf Shop, Golf Course and Practice Facilities. Standards are required for all golfers, spectators and children. Children under eight(8) years must follow all dress code rules when playing golf, attending camp, or practicing with family, but may wear a clean t-shirt or sweatshirt provided they are not actively participating in play.

General

  • Spike-less or soft-spike golf shoes or appropriate athletic footwear must be worn. 
  • Cargo pants and cargo shorts are not permitted.
  • Golf hats and visors must be worn with bill facing forward.
  • Golf hoodies and other approved golf outerwear is allowed, provided they are worn over an approved collared golf shirt.
  • Athletic attire, including fleece sweatshirts of any style, is not permitted.

Men: Golf slacks or golf shorts that are no more than 4”above the knee. Golf shirts must have a collar or turtleneck and must be tucked in, unless designed to be worn untucked and feature a full button placket.

Unacceptable attire: Jeans or denim apparel of any style, color or design, warm up pants and sweatsuits, athletic sweatshirts, swimwear, cut-offs, t-shirts.

Women: Slacks, capris, or golf shorts, skorts, and skirts designed for golf that are no shorter than mid- thigh are acceptable. Sleeved golf shirt without a collar or sleeveless golf shirt with a collar. Racerback tops or dresses must have a collar and more than 3”back width. Jeans or denim apparel of any color other than blue is acceptable.

Unacceptable attire: Yoga pants, spandex leggings, fitness attire, swimwear, warm-up pants and sweatsuits, tank t-shirts, mesh, strapless or bare midriff tops, t-shirts.

Electronic Devices
Cell phones and all electronic devices are only permitted in certain locations at the Club. You may use such devices within the confines of your vehicle or in designated rooms in the Clubhouse, and only for emergencies on the golf courses. Please ask one of our employees for assistance in finding these rooms. If you receive a telephone call while in the Clubhouse, please take the call outside of the building.

Gratuity and Tipping

Corral de Tierra Country Club automatically adds a gratuity to all food and beverage purchases. The Club does allow discretionary tipping for Golf Outside Services and Locker Room personnel.

Smoking
Corral de Tierra Country Club has a no-smoking policy throughout the entire Clubhouse.
