Our culinary team has prepared a wide range of menu selections to provide you that unique Corral de Tierra difference. At Corral we put the “wow” in impressing your guests. Our professional chef can customize your event by creating a unique and innovative menu to best suit your tastes and style as a couple. 

The charm and character of our farmhouse-style designed clubhouse is only out done by the fingerprint of its location with stunning views of the mountains and our championship golf course. Grand Ballroom The Grand Ballroom It is a stunning setting for your wedding. The farmhouse-style room conveys a sense of relaxed, yet gracious formality with its warm earth-tone colors accented by exposed timber trusses, wrought iron chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the sweeping views of the golf course and the rolling landscape of the mountain backdrop. It is the ideal atmosphere to impress the most discriminating guest. At 3,714 square-feet, the Grand Ballroom can accommodate 280 guests seated and 400 guests for a reception with limited seating. The Grand Ballroom features a gorgeous wood-trimmed built-in bar, a spacious Foyer to receive guests and a 1,260 square-foot outdoor 10th Tee Patio, ideal for the perfect wedding setting and to admire the views. The Grand Ballroom can be divided into two smaller rooms; the Oaks and Cypress Rooms. 

Oaks Room The Oaks Room is 2,544 square-feet and can accommodate up to 180 guests seated. The Oaks Room featuresthe built-in bar and is adjacent to the Grand Ballroom Foyer and the 10th Tee Patio.

Cypress Room
The Cypress Room is 1,170 square-feet and can accommodate up to 90 guests seated. The Cypress Room features a stunning hilltop view of the golf course and provides the ideal ambiance for the more intimate special event.

Grill Room & Veranda The Main Dining Room is the centerpiece of the Clubhouse. The room conveys a sense of relaxed, yet gracious informality. Comfort and warmth are enhanced by 30-foot vaulted ceilings, exposed timber trusses, wrought iron chandeliers and two floor-to-ceiling massive fireplaces that anchor the room. The light-filled room, with large picture windows at seating level, offers encompassing golf course views. Only the culinary creations of our chef’s, fine wines, and first-class service can complement this room. At 1,380 square-feet, the Main Dining Room is spacious enough to seat 72 guests.

Hayward Room The Hayward Room provides just the right touch of statesmanship and sophistication for the more intimate special occasion. At 755 square-feet, the Hayward Room provides a cozy atmosphere for events from 8 to 40 guests seated. The room is accented with windows on two sides providing a bright and spacious feel as it brings in gorgeous views. The warm and bright color palette, concaved ceiling and rustic brass chandeliers are complimented with its high-backed armed dining chairs to make you feel at home.
