Gayle Smith

Controller

Gayle joined the team as Controller in June 2018 overseeing finance and accounting for the Club. Prior to her position at Corral de Tierra Country Club, she was the Director of Finance for the past six years at a luxury hotel in Vail, Colorado. She worked for various hospitality organizations including Sage Hospitality and PKF CPA's in San Francisco. Gayle's auditing background has assisted the Club in establishing proper procedures and internal controls, and her hands-on positions in hotels and Clubs provides solid direction for the team.

Gayle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting from Sonoma State University, and holds licenses as a CPA and CHAE.
